Catalogue Subscription Overview

Membership Subscription 

Joining as a member of MyCreativeRights is free. As a free member of MyCreativeRights you will have access to both the Standard plan of the Catalogue, and the subsidised Legal Service. 

Catalogue Membership Subscription

Catalogue comprises two membership plans, Standard and Premium. The Standard plan is free and allows users to store up to ten projects and unlimited works, with a storage cap of 20GB. Users are automatically subscribed to the Standard plan when they join MyCreativeRights. Should you wish to store additional projects or require unlimited storage, you may nominate to enter payment details to upgrade your subscription to the Premium plan. Once you subscribe to a paid subscription plan of Catalogue (Premium) your subscription will automatically renew until cancellation.  

Payment Methods

To use the Premium membership plan of Catalogue you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method. 
 

Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page and looking under "Membership Plans and Payments". We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).  

Changing Tiers

You are permitted to move between subscription plans.  When moving down a plan, you will be downgraded immediately, and the outstanding amount is prorated.  Prior to moving down a plan, you may be required to reduce stored material in order to comply with the storage limits of the selected subscription plan. 

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid Catalogue plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Catalogue service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. 

 

To cancel, go to the "Account" page under "Membership Plans and Payments" and select 'Cancel subscription’. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
